Brenda Grands Jewelry offers a warranty on all of our jewelry for damage caused by manufacturing defects. In order to honor the warranty, the wholesale replacements request form should be filled out by the retailer here: Wholesale Replacement Requests Link

Warranty for Water-Resistant Products:

Brenda Grands offers a 6-month warranty for products designated as Demi-Fine with proof of purchase.

Warranty for Water-Proof Products:

Brenda Grands offers a 12-month warranty for products designated as Waterproof with proof of purchase.

For Stores:

Upon receipt of the items, they should be carefully inspected to ensure all items have been received and are in good condition, free from imperfections or defects. All missing items or defects must be reported within (2) weeks of receipt. Please heed care instructions found on the back of the tags to ensure longevity of the jewelry piece. Brenda Grands is not responsible for damage to the item caused by neglect or misuse of the jewelry or for lost or stolen items.
